Sally Brooks is a bicoastal television, film, stage, and voice actress. Her recent television credits include NCIS, Ryan Murphy’s MONSTERS: THE LYLE AND ERIK MENENDEZ STORY, and recurring roles on 9-1-1 and THIS IS US.
Onstage, she has performed at leading regional theatres including Capital Repertory Theatre, alongside Mary Louise Burke, as well as Syracuse Stage, Geva Theatre Center, and Studio Arena Theatre. Sally’s autobiographical solo show, STAY, debuts at the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Based on a random act of kindness for a child she barely knew, STAY tells the true story of how that small decision changed the course of her life.
She is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy and studied at the American Conservatory Theater’s Summer Training Congress under Annette Bening.
Sally begins every morning with The New York Times’ Connections puzzle, which reinforces her belief that everything will eventually make sense if you stare at it long enough.
